A Danish non-profit with the vision of empowering a global hospitality community with tools, inspiration and knowledge to make a difference in their restaurants and the world at large. The team has hosted global events (Sydney, Tokyo, London, New York, etc), collaborated with esteemed partners such as Yale University, and the World Bank, runs a government funded academy, and hosts an annual symposium dubbed as the food industry’s G20.
